The NEO PIR sensor lets you review motion and its alerts in the app through a compatible Zigbee gateway. It runs on batteries or USB, so you can choose the power method suited to its location.
Review sensor status and recorded alerts in the app after linking it to the gateway, and enable phone notifications to follow the events it detects.
Use two CR123A batteries rated at 3 V each, or a suitable 5 V / 1 A USB supply.

When: The sensor detects motion within its coverage area after alerts have been configured.
Action: Send a phone notification so you can review the event and decide what is needed.
Use USB for the specified power supply, not as a charger for CR123A batteries. Do not try to charge batteries not designed to be recharged, and keep the sensor and power port dry; water resistance or suitability for exposed outdoor installation must not be assumed.
Notifications may be delayed or fail, and events may be missed or unexpected detection may occur because of placement, environment, or connectivity. The absence of a PIR alert does not prove the room is empty and is not a valid basis for turning off lighting needed by a stationary person. Do not rely on it alone to protect people and property.
Check that the Tuya Zigbee gateway you intend to use supports the sensor model and its functions; Zigbee alone does not guarantee compatibility.
Add the sensor to the gateway, enable app notifications and phone permissions, then test detection and notification delivery from its actual location.
