Monitor a location prone to water leaks with a Zigbee sensor that combines an audible alert and phone notifications. It helps you notice a leak and intervene to address it when linked to a compatible Zigbee gateway.
When water is detected, the sensor emits an audible alert. Leak alerts can be monitored through the app once the connection to the compatible gateway is established.

The sensor itself is not a valve and does not shut off the water supply. Do not rely on it alone to guarantee prevention of damage, and do not assume phone notifications will continue if connectivity is lost.
Do not take water touching the sensing points as evidence that the entire body is suitable for immersion or exposed outdoor installation. Follow the instructions for the actual device.
