Control lighting from the button or a Matter system

Combine manual control and scheduled operation with the Zemismart ZM106 switch. Choose one, two or three buttons to turn lighting circuits on and off, then add it to a Matter system that supports the device to organize lighting times.

Add lighting to your preferred system

The switch uses Matter over Wi-Fi with compatible systems such as Apple Home, Google Home and SmartThings, according to each system’s requirements. It is a Matter device, not Zigbee, so it does not need a Zigbee gateway.

Everyday buttons and times you choose

Turn lighting on or off with the physical buttons, and set on/off times in the compatible app. This model is an on/off switch, not a dimmer for changing brightness.

What you need for operation

A live L wire and neutral N wire inside the switch box, with an electrician checking the box, wiring, load and protection.
A Wi-Fi network and a compatible Matter app or controller. A home hub may be needed depending on the system and required functions; check scheduling and remote-control requirements before choosing.

What you need to get started

Add the switch to a compatible Matter system and set the schedule in the app.
Provide the controller or hub and network the system requires to run the schedule, then test it.

Usage notes

Use the schedule only for lighting that is not essential for safe movement; lighting anyone needs must remain outside scheduled switch-off.
Scheduling features and their behavior during a network outage differ between apps.

Usage guidelines

Installation and electrical protection

The electrician switches off the circuit breaker and verifies the absence of voltage before installation, and identifies wire functions by testing, not colors alone. Appropriate circuit protection remains required; the switch does not replace it.

Load limits for each circuit and the device

The total limit is 16 A for the whole device and does not multiply with the number of buttons, with a limit of 700 W for incandescent lamps or 300 W for LED lamps per circuit. These limits must be observed together, alongside suitable wiring and protection; these figures do not establish suitability for motors, heaters or high-starting-current loads.
