Pairing and Usage
- Connect the device to a suitable 5V/1A USB power source.
- Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app.
- Add the device and follow the pairing steps provided by the app and the device manual.
- Select the desired alarm tone, temperature, and humidity thresholds, then set up automation scenes with your compatible devices.
This model is Wi-Fi enabled and does not require a Zigbee gateway. Remote control and app notifications require network and internet connectivity. Two CR123A batteries serve as an optional backup source; the supplier page does not confirm they are included.
