Smart gas detector – proactive safety and lasting peace of mind
It protects your home from the most dangerous silent threat: gas leaks. It monitors around the clock, triggers an audible and visual alarm when the concentration reaches a dangerous level, and sends an immediate alert to your phone via the app. It supports integration with a gas shut-off valve to automatically shut off the supply in an emergency, turning potential incidents into timely notifications that can be addressed promptly.
The device operates on direct AC power without the need for batteries, providing stable, round-the-clock performance. It also comes with an additional cable for connecting it to a gas shut-off valve (valve sold separately).
Smart connection

- How to add: From within the application, select Add Gas Detector and enter the Wi-Fi network password.
- Entering pairing mode: Turn on the device and then press the Test button four times consecutively until the network indicator flashes rapidly.

Operation and alarm behavior
- Initial heating: After switching on, the green indicator flashes for 180 seconds, then monitoring begins.
- Indicator states: Green - Normal operation | Red - Leakage alarm | Yellow - Fault/Sensor expiry.
- Valve closure time: When the alarm state lasts for more than 3 seconds , the device sends a closing command to the valve.
- Test button: Short press to test sound and light, and a long press (~8 seconds) to manually cut the valve to test the connection.
Gas shut-off valve control
Output type: 12V/2A pulse signal compatible with solenoid pulse gas shut-off valves. The device includes an additional cable for connecting the valve to facilitate installation in residential settings; the valve is sold separately .
Brief installation instructions
- Horizontal distance from the gas source: between 0.5 and 8 meters and in the same room.
- CH4 (Lighter than air): Mounts to the wall at a height of ~0.3 m below the ceiling.
- C3H8 (heavier than air): Installed at a height of ~0.3 m above the ground.
- Avoid locations near windows/exhaust fans, inside closed closets, or outside the permissible temperature/humidity range.
- Installation methods: Adhesive for smooth surfaces or nails for cement surfaces.
Safety and maintenance instructions
- Upon alarm: Do not turn on or off any electrical appliances, open windows immediately, shut off the gas supply, and contact specialists.
- Test performance periodically using a gas of known concentration, and preferably recalibrate every 6 months.
- After prolonged storage or transport, operate the device for 24 hours to achieve optimal performance.
- Note: The device relies on direct electrical current only, and will temporarily stop working when the electricity is cut off.
